AI Content & Synthetic Media Policy

1. Overview

VoxBurst provides AI-assisted tools for content generation, image creation, caption writing, scheduling optimization, and brand voice analysis. This policy governs responsible use of those features. It applies to all AI functionality available within the VoxBurst dashboard and API.

2. AI features

VoxBurst's AI capabilities include:

• Caption generation: AI-assisted post captions, hashtags, and tone variations
• Image generation: text-to-image creation via integrated AI image providers
• Brand voice analysis: learning your publishing style from historical posts to generate on-brand content
• Bulk generation: automated creation of multiple post variants at scale
• Persona profiles: AI personas that generate content in a consistent defined voice

3. Human review requirement

You are required to review all AI-generated content before publishing. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, unintended bias, or content that does not reflect your brand voice. Publishing AI-generated content without review is done at your own risk and does not reduce your responsibility for that content.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use VoxBurst's AI features to:

• Create synthetic media (deepfakes, voice clones, face swaps) that deceives viewers about a real person's actions, statements, or identity
• Generate content that defames, harasses, or threatens any real individual
• Impersonate public figures, celebrities, brands, or private individuals in misleading or harmful ways
• Produce misinformation or disinformation content designed to deceive the public on matters of fact
• Create or distribute any synthetic content that sexualizes minors
• Generate content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or encourages illegal activity
• Systematically reproduce copyrighted third-party content for republication without authorization
• Use AI-generated content to manipulate elections, referendums, or civic processes through deceptive means
• Generate images designed to replicate a living artist's distinct style in a manner that misrepresents the source or infringes on that artist's rights
• Use AI outputs to train, fine-tune, distill, or benchmark any AI model, or to reverse-engineer the weights, architectures, or safety systems of any AI model accessible through the Service
• Use AI image generation features if you are under 18 years of age, or make AI image generation features available to users under 18
• Perform or facilitate biometric categorisation of individuals to infer race, political opinions, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, or sexual orientation
• Generate synthetic media without disclosing its AI-generated nature where a social platform's rules require disclosure. You are responsible for applying required platform AI labels before publishing

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using AI features on VoxBurst to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI providers.

Important limitations on AI output ownership:

• The US Copyright Office has taken the position that purely AI-generated content with no human creative selection or arrangement is not eligible for copyright protection. This position is evolving and varies by jurisdiction.
• AI-generated outputs may not be unique to your account. Similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users submitting similar prompts. Non-uniqueness is a factor courts and copyright offices consider when assessing whether outputs are protectable.
• Voxburst makes no warranty that AI-generated outputs are original, non-infringing, or that you acquire enforceable intellectual property rights in them. If ownership certainty is required for commercial use, consult qualified legal counsel.

VoxBurst does not claim ownership over content you generate using the Service. You may not use content generated through the Service to train, fine-tune, or distill competing AI models.

6. AI training data

Foundation-model training. VoxBurst does not use your content, posts, prompts, or generated outputs to train foundation AI models. We do not share your content with our AI providers for the purpose of their own model training, and we have configured our integrations with providers to opt out of training on customer data wherever the provider supports that option.

Brand Voice and Personas. Our Brand Voice and Persona features analyse content you provide — including connected account history, uploaded samples, and posts generated within VoxBurst — to build a private style profile for your workspace. This profile is used solely to generate content for your account. It is not shared with other customers, not used to train shared or foundation AI models, and is deleted when you delete the corresponding persona or your account. Deleting a Brand Voice or Persona removes the associated style profile from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Consent. Creating a Brand Voice or Persona requires your affirmative consent, collected at the point of first use via an in-product consent screen. You may withdraw consent at any time in workspace settings. Withdrawing consent prevents creation of new Brand Voices and Personas but does not automatically delete existing ones — use the delete action within each Brand Voice or Persona to remove them.

7. Third-party AI providers

VoxBurst routes AI generation requests through the following third-party providers. Your prompts and outputs are processed by these providers subject to their own policies.

Moonshot AI (Kimi) and fal.ai were removed from VoxBurst's infrastructure in May 2026 and are no longer available as AI providers.

8. AI transparency and labelling

Applicable law and platform policies increasingly require that AI-generated content be disclosed. Under the EU AI Act (Article 50, in force 2026) and similar frameworks, certain AI-generated content — particularly synthetic media involving real people — must be labelled as AI-generated.

You are responsible for applying any legally required AI disclosure labels in your jurisdiction and any platform-required AI content tags before publishing. VoxBurst supports platform-native AI labelling mechanisms where they are technically available (such as Meta's AI content label and TikTok's AI-Generated Content toggle).

Where AI providers attach content provenance metadata (such as C2PA credentials) to generated media, VoxBurst does not intentionally strip that metadata.

9. Accuracy & limitations

AI-generated content is provided without warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from bias. VoxBurst makes no representations about the factual correctness, originality, or legal compliance of any AI output. Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification.

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be unique to your account. Similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users submitting similar prompts. This may affect downstream copyright claims and should be considered before commercial use.

Where you use AI-generated content in legal, medical, financial, or other regulated domains, you are responsible for ensuring it is reviewed by a qualified professional before publication or reliance, and for including any disclosures required by applicable law or professional regulation.

10. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content published through VoxBurst, whether human-authored or AI-generated. AI assistance does not transfer responsibility for content accuracy, compliance, or impact. You agree to indemnify FORTHEAN LABS LLC against claims arising from AI-generated content you choose to publish, as set out in our Terms of Service.

11. Enforcement

VoxBurst may restrict, suspend, or permanently disable AI features for workspaces that violate this policy. Severe violations — including generation or distribution of CSAM, deepfakes designed to harm individuals, or coordinated disinformation — will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement. Enforcement procedures are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Changes to this policy

AI technology and regulations are evolving rapidly. We may update this policy to reflect new capabilities, provider changes, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' advance notice.
