Cookie Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
This policy explains what cookies VoxBurst uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies we use
We group our cookies into two categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Service to function. These include session authentication (AWS Cognito), CSRF protection, and theme preferences stored in
localStorage. They cannot be disabled without breaking the Service and are not subject to your consent choice. - Analytics — used to understand how visitors interact with our marketing site (voxburst.com). We use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Analytics. These cookies are blocked by default and only activated after you give consent via the cookie banner.
The authenticated product (app.voxburst.io) uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. No analytics cookies are set on the authenticated app.
3. Your consent
VoxBurst operates two separate web domains, and consent is handled independently on each:
- voxburst.com (our marketing site) — when you first visit, a consent banner asks for your cookie preferences. You can accept all cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or customise your choices by category. Your preference is stored and honoured on future visits to this domain. You can change your preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
- app.voxburst.io (the authenticated product) — only strictly necessary cookies are set on this domain. No analytics or non-essential cookies are used. Because no consent-dependent cookies are placed, no consent banner is shown. There is no separate footer or cookie policy page on app.voxburst.io; this page is the authoritative cookie policy for both domains.
Withdrawing consent on voxburst.com does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before withdrawal. Our consent management is powered by Cookiebot and complies with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and CCPA requirements.
4. Managing your preferences
You have several ways to control cookies:
- Cookie banner — change your voxburst.com preferences at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the site footer.
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Service on app.voxburst.io.
- Opt-out tools — you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Cookies on voxburst.com

6. Cookies on app.voxburst.io
