1. Free trial
All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. The trial is your evaluation window — no payment is charged until the trial ends, and you can explore the full feature set of your selected plan before committing. Because the trial provides a complete opportunity to evaluate the Service, no refund is issued on payments made following a completed 14-day free trial, regardless of plan type.
EU and UK consumers: where applicable law grants a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), you may exercise that right within 14 days of your first paid charge. If you start using the Service during that 14-day window you acknowledge that the service has begun and waive your withdrawal right for the portion of the service already provided. To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, contact us before it expires.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly plan fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the paid period and will not renew.
3. Annual plans — initial purchase without a prior trial
If you subscribed to an annual plan without a free trial (for example, in cases where the trial was unavailable at your time of purchase), you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial payment, provided you have published fewer than 20 posts during that period. A "published post" means any post that was successfully delivered to a connected social platform; drafts, scheduled posts not yet sent, and failed deliveries do not count.
After 3 days, or once 20 or more posts have been published, annual initial purchases are non-refundable.
4. Annual plans — upgrade from monthly
If you upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan, no refund window applies. Your ongoing monthly usage constitutes prior evaluation of the Service. Upgrade refunds are not available except in cases of billing error.
5. Annual plan renewals
Annual plan renewals are non-refundable, except:
- Where required by applicable law
- In cases of billing error or duplicate charge
- Where VoxBurst caused a material service failure
We send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before an annual plan renews. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date in your account settings.
6. Billing errors and duplicate charges
Billing errors, duplicate charges, and payments caused by a VoxBurst system error are corrected regardless of the limits above. Contact us within 30 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue. All refunds are returned in USD to the original payment method.
7. Accounts terminated for policy violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law or where the violation was inadvertent, was promptly corrected at our direction, and the termination was subsequently reversed.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account pending resolution and may permanently terminate it if the chargeback is found to be unwarranted. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute — we resolve genuine billing issues quickly and without the friction of a bank dispute process.
9. Refund processing
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in USD.
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to process the credit after VoxBurst approves the refund.
- Currency fluctuations and foreign exchange fees charged by your bank are not refunded — you receive the original USD amount charged.
- Taxes collected and remitted by VoxBurst are handled as required by applicable law and may not be refundable in all jurisdictions.
- We typically respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
10. How to request a refund
Contact us through our contact form with your account email address, the charge date and amount, and a brief reason for your request. We will confirm receipt and respond within 2 business days.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
